Research Interests

Jerry Coleman has taught for the University of Southern Mississippi for more than ten years. His studies focus on the prehistoric people of the American South West and the quantitative analysis between how they lived and where they lived. Annually, he field teaches GHY 409, The Geography of the American South West, in the New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah sub-region. In addition, a new course should debut shortly on the Native Americans of South Western United States of America.
