I am currently developing courses for a sustainability degree at Southern Miss. I work with Senior Honors students as the coordinator for the program on the Gulf Coast as well as with GTU honors students in geography. My current research is focused on land use patterns of the southern three counties of southern Mississippi and identifying blight through GIS. Research interests of mine would also include: dendrochronology, cartography, fluvial geomorphology, migration, and GIS data development.
